What happens, and when

Every item below is either finished, or named work with its precondition stated. Nothing here is a promise of a price or a return.

English governs the contract statements on this page. Contract names, addresses and numbers are shown as they are on the chain.

  1. 1

    Already built

    • Nine contracts written, reviewed adversarially and tested
    • Static analysis clean, every medium finding dispositioned
    • The website, in thirteen languages and two themes
    • The analysis engine, with EVM and Solana adapters
    • Continuous integration and deployment
  2. 2

    Before launch

    • A full rehearsal on Robinhood testnet: launch, lock, request, attest, dispute, expire, renew and unlock
    • The owner supplies the production wallets. None of them may be a developer key
    • An independent audit, if the opening valuation justifies its cost
    • A published bug bounty, scoped to the contracts
    • The owner confirms the operating jurisdiction and takes professional advice
  3. 3

    Launch week

    • Deploy to Robinhood Chain and verify every contract on the explorer
    • The auction opens on one signature from the owner and closes four hours later
    • Anyone can migrate the raise into a Uniswap v4 pool
    • Anyone can make the liquidity permanent. There is no withdrawal path
    • Bind the price oracle through the timelock, then locks can open
  4. 4

    After launch

    • Three serverless auditors live, two-of-three quorum, scale to zero
    • Continuous monitoring: an unsolicited report when a trust score moves
    • BNB Chain and Solana analysis enabled
    • The forensic tier the contracts already reserve
    • Auditors moved onto independent platforms and operators
    • The whole site pinned to IPFS, so kay9.io is provably a convenience

Not on the roadmap, on purpose

This list matters as much as the rest. A roadmap that promises what the contracts cannot do is a liability.

  • No presale, no private round, no insider price. The auction is the only sale
  • No per-audit fee. Access is a lock and the lock is returned
  • No yield on locked KAY9. There is nothing to pay it from
  • No governance promises. The timelock is safety, not a vote
  • No additional minting, ever. There is no mint function to call
  • No liquidity withdrawal. This cannot be added later
  • No paid good scores. A token can hold access and score 25/100
  • No claim that a token is safe. A report is a measurement and a date

Dates the owner sets

These are not decided yet, and inventing them would be the same mistake as inventing a price.
